The Beasts
Dian Keto the Cleaning Maiden (x3)
Despite her petite appearance, she's the "tank" who turned the tables in the trio of Loli-style Dian Keto goddesses.
The effect of sending a card from your hand to the Graveyard not only increases attack/healing but also helps set up the graveyard (for example, sending Rainopoulos for Nuvia to recycle).

FIRE
8Dian Keto the Gourmet Maiden
ATK:
2500
DEF:
1000
[REQUIREMENT] If a Spell/Trap Card is on the field, send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard. [EFFECT] Gain 1000 LP. Then, you can make this card gain ATK equal to [the number of face-up Spell Cards on the field] x 300 until the end of this turn.
The pillar of defense
This is the most stable recovery tool (Unconditional Healer). As long as you have Spell/Trap cards on the field (which almost always happens with Field Spells from Skills), you can restore 1000 LP per turn.
In stalemate matches (like against an opponent playing a "Set 3 Pass" strategy), Food Prodigy helps you maintain a safe starting point to buy time, forcing your opponent to risk attacking or running out of resources before you.
Abyss Soldier (x1)
With 1800 ATK and the ability to bounce one card from the field back to your hand, this is the most versatile monster in the deck.
Advanced application:
- Attack: Eliminate the Boss monster or the opponent's backline to clear a path for a direct attack.
. - Loop: You can return your own monster (like Nuvia ) to your hand to summon it again and activate its effect, or save important monsters from negative effects.
.
Nuvia the Wicked Mischief Maker (x3)

WATER
4Nuvia the Wicked Mischief Maker
ATK:
1000
DEF:
800
[REQUIREMENT] If you have 3 face-up Aqua Type monsters on your field, send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard. [EFFECT] All face-up Aqua Type monsters on your field gain 200 ATK until the end of this turn. Then, you can add 1 "Rainy Megalopolis" from your Graveyard to your hand.
Recycle Field Spell cards and boost stats.
Tutumes Dark Witch, Mystical Sandbox and Kanan the Swordmaiden (x3)
Spell/Trap
Rainy Megalopolis (x1)
The heart of the buff/debuff system.
Effect: Increases the ATK of Aqua monsters by 200 and decreases the ATK of non-Aqua monsters on the field by 200. .
This is the most important card because it activates the effects of key monsters such as Dian Keto the Cure Prodigy (draw card) and Food Prodigy (healing).
Combo: A special feature is that you can use Nuvia the Mischievous to retrieve Rainopoulos from the Graveyard. This allows you to use it as a "cost" to activate a monster's ability or effect, then retrieve it to activate on the field, creating an efficient resource loop. .
Maizeful Charity (x3)
Talismanic Seal Array (x1-3)
Ghost Cyclone (x0-1)
Pot of Greed and Pot of Avarice (x1)

Trap
NormalShiny Shady
[REQUIREMENT] When your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster during their turn, send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard. [EFFECT] Change up to 2 face-up Effect Monsters on the field to face-down Defense Position. Then, if you changed a monster on your opponent's field with 2600 or more original ATK to face-down Defense Position by this effect, gain 1500 LP.
How to play/Tips and Conclusion
OPERATION & TACTICS (GAMEPLAY)
Bubble Actress isn't a deck focused on quick combos or explosive OTKs, but rather on a control-oriented playstyle, wearing down opponents and building a solid board.
1. Resource Loop
Step 1: Activate Skill: From turn 2 onwards, reveal 1 Tier 8 (1000 DEF) monster in your hand to search for Rainopoulos , Nuvia , or vanilla monsters.
Next, send one card from your hand to the Graveyard (preferably Rainopoulos or monsters that need recycling). Step 2: Reduce Costs & Summon: Utilize the Skill effect to summon Level 8 Dian Keto Sacrificial with only 1 sacrificial item (instead of 2).
. Step 3: Optimize the Environment: Activate Rainopoulos to enable the effects of Cure Prodigy (card drawing) or Food Prodigy (healing).
. Use Nuvia to retrieve Rainopoulos from the Graveyard if necessary. . Step 4: Control & Recycle: Use Abyss Soldier to eliminate the threat. Use Pot of Avarice or Talismanic Seal Array to return a monster from the Graveyard to your deck, preparing it for the next turn.
.
2. Situational Tactics
When being pressured (Back Burner): If your base stats are lower than your opponent's, summon Cleaning Prodigy to heal and boost your attack to a massive level (3700 ATK) to turn the tide of battle.
. When your opponent plays defensively: If you encounter a "Set 3 Pass," switch to a "delaying tactic." Use Food Prodigy to restore 1000 LP per turn to create a safe distance back to your life points, and use Cornful Charity to filter cards for Talismanic Seal Array or Abyss Soldier to break through the defense.
.
IMPORTANT TIPS AND TRICKS
Going first is a weakness: This deck is very weak when going first because you can't activate your abilities immediately. If you start with all Tier 8 monsters, you can get "bricked" and miss your turn. Prioritize keeping low-level monsters to build defensive walls.
. Manage your Skill "resources": Don't use Pot of Ability indiscriminately. Make sure you return to your deck the targets that the Skill can search for ( Nuvia , Rainopoulos , Mystical Sandbox ) to maintain the resource loop.
. Abyss Soldier Combo: You can use Abyss Soldier to return your Nuvia to your hand, then summon her back to activate the ATK buff effect again.
. Choose Traps based on Meta: Shiny Shady is a safe choice, but if you're facing many Aqua (Mirror Match) or Jointech matchups, Negate Attack or Compulsory Evacuation Device might be more effective depending on the situation.
.
CONCLUSION
Bubble Actress is a deck of cards that proves the saying "the true test of a horse is on a long journey." Although it lacks flashy OTK combos or natural penetration abilities, its durability, resilience, and excellent board control have made it a formidable force in the meta.
This deck is for patient players who enjoy resource management and tempo control. If you can accept the risk of being slightly "stuck" when going first, Bubble Actress will give you the satisfying feeling of slowly suffocating your opponents with her immortal "Sea Goddesses".
